We’re glad you’re thinking about living in Scotland. We’ll help you work out what to do next.
Scotland’s Migration Service aims
Scotland’s Migration Service is here to help people settle in Scotland.
We welcome people from all over the world. This is because we value the contribution people who move here make to our society and economy. We value the diversity they bring.
We also aim to make it easier for employers to hire international workers and for investors to set up businesses in Scotland. This is because we want Scotland to continue to be one of the best places in the world to do business.
Multiculturalism makes Scotland stronger. People who choose to make Scotland their home are an important part of Scotland’s future.
